Volume documenting shifts completed by workers (identified by name, primarily male) employed of the Southern Railway Company [in Columbia, S.C.] Time book listing hours worked per month by specific employees; most entries identify the employees as working in the "mechanical department." After Oct. 1932 most lists are also headed with "Union Station" (located at 401 Main just south of Wheat St.).
